On‑Site Leadership Role | Multi‑Campus Oversight | Strategic & Operational Management
This leadership role provides the opportunity to oversee and elevate Women's and Newborn Services across multiple campuses. The Director will lead clinical and administrative teams, manage budgets, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance patient care, operational performance, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, innovative leader who champions patient‑ and family‑centered care, fosters a culture of safety, and advances excellence in clinical practice.
Lead administrative and operational functions for Women's & Newborn Services across multiple campuses, ensuring alignment with organizational strategyDevelop, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure effective use of financial resourcesDrive strategic planning and cultivate partnerships to advance service line prioritiesOversee clinical operations, standards of care, and continuous process improvementServe as administrative leader and liaison for physicians and physician activitiesAllocate human, material, and financial resources to meet service line needsCollaborate with leaders to optimize patient flow and coordinate care across departmentsEnsure compliance with specialty designation requirements and regulatory standardsUse evidence, quality metrics, and outcomes data to guide operational changesIdentify growth opportunities and lead new program developmentChampion patient‑ and family‑centered care, setting expectations for quality, service, and cost stewardshipLead department leaders by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and developmentPromote a culture of safety and support a Just Culture environmentDemonstrate innovation in care delivery, coordination, and service line advancementParticipate in initiatives to elevate professional nursing practice and nurse engagementSupport the professional nurse practice model and shared governance structures
On‑site only Full‑time leadership schedule
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, the client provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role range is $60.00.
