KPMGis currently seeking a Director, Workday Financials for our Consultingpractice.
· Lead Workday Financialsprojects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations,business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applicationswith FDM and Chart of Accounts design.
· Manage key clientrelationships, including project delivery, consulting on leading practices, andmanaging key project deadlines.
· Lead the day-to-day activitiesof ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design,package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
· Work collaboratively withother leads to cover cross-functional items during the project.
· Work with client counterpartsto keep the project on schedule and proactively identify any potential risksthat could impact scope, timeline, or budget.
· Supervise and performancemanage staff working on assigned engagements.
· Manage engagements accordingto KPMG's financial/cost management policies.
· A minimum of eight years ofenterprise resource planning (ERP) systems implementation and upgradeexperience.
· Experience must include aminimum of years of continuous, hands-on experience specific toWorkday Financials, with experience designing and re-designing complexFinancial Data Models (FDM) and charts of accounts for global organizationswithin the last seven years.
· Master's degree, such as anMBA, Master of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Accountancy, or anequivalent field, from an accredited college/university is highly required.
· Active Certified PublicAccountant (CPA) license is desirable.
· Completion of at least threefull-lifecycle implementations with Workday Financials.
· Must currently hold an activeWorkday Financials Core certification and at least one related WorkdayFinancials certification or related Workday area certification.
· Proven tenure in programmaticleadership roles, including prior experience holding titles such as WorkdayFinancial Systems & Transformation Lead, ERP Program Lead, FinancialSystems Program Lead, ERP Advisory Engagement Manager, ERP Transformation ProjectLead, or Strategic Delivery Lead.
· Proven ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with strong clientcollaboration skills, experience managing projects with budgets in excess of $3million preferred, and a detailed understanding of ERP system concepts andfunctionality.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. withoutthe need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Nosponsorship is available for this opportunity.
