Job Summary

Under the direction of the Human Resources Department, the Disability Compliance Program Coordinator oversees the District s disability compliance programs, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), employee accommodations, workers compensation return-to-work initiatives, and employee leave administration. The Coordinator partners with employees, administrators, medical providers, and legal representatives to facilitate the interactive accommodation process, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, provide training and guidance, analyze program data, and support a safe, equitable, and legally compliant workplace for all employees.
