Join a Growing Clinician Owned and Led Pediatric Private Practice in Bellevue, WA!

If you’re a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about partnering with OTs to provide excellent care — this role might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

This isn’t a clinic where you’re just handed a schedule and left to go through the motions. It’s a place where assistants are respected as creative contributors and vital team members — encouraged to grow, innovate, and speak up.

Why You'll Love This Team

  • Therapist-Centric Culture: Founded by a clinician who knows what it’s like to be undervalued in large, clinical systems, this practice was built to be the opposite. It puts the well-being of therapists first — with caseloads designed to prevent burnout, intentional breaks in your day, and time for collaboration.

  • Clinical Growth: You’ll never feel like your clinical growth is an afterthought. Mentorship and collaboration are a priority.

  • Creativity is Encouraged: Cancellations aren’t wasted time — they’re used to brainstorm, improve programming, or develop new ideas. You’re more than just a billable hour here.

  • Real Input: Leadership values feedback and transparency, and your voice matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide pediatric OT services under the supervision of a seasoned OT

  • Collaborate closely with OTs, SLPs, and PTs to support holistic client care

  • Contribute to the development of therapy materials and resources

  • Engage in team learning and planning during clinical meetings

Role Overview

  • Full or Part-time: Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

  • $65,000-75,000/yr (Depending on Experience)

  • Ability to Earn More: Productivity bonus structure + retention bonus

What We’re Looking For

  • A licensed COTA with a love for working with children

  • A team player who values learning and collaboration

  • Someone excited to contribute ideas, improve systems, and grow

  • A strong communicator who thrives in a respectful, feedback-rich culture

Benefits

  • Medical and Dental Insurance

  • Relocation Assistance

  • License Reimbursement

  • CEU Reimbursement

  • 401(k) with match

  • PTO and Sick Time

  • Paid holidays

  • …and more!

If you’re ready to join a team where you’ll be respected, inspired, and supported — we’d love to help you take the next step. Applications are reviewed daily.
