Job DescriptionAt Regions, the Incentive Analyst helps to administer corporate line of business incentive plans. This position develops and provides reporting from incentive applications.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis required to recommend plan design changes and to help with sales performance.Develop models to determine incentive plan payouts.Interact with various levels of management concerning incentive plan design, payouts, and sales performance.Serve as a liaison with technology/vendors and end users to address user issues.Audit and validate results between the systems of record and end results as needed.Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.Lead a team of associates, if required.Maintain specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or function.Interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions/best practices.Solve complex problems and take a broad perspective to identify solutions.Work independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).RequirementsBachelor's degree and six (6) years of related experience.OR High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) years of incentive experience.PreferencesBanking experience.Experience with Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing (SAP) Commissions software.Database reporting with tools such as Crystal Reports and Structured Query Language (SQL) Reporting.Skills And CompetenciesAbility to supervise and manage a team.Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.Demonstrated ability to learn software/business intelligence tools.Demonstrated leadership capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multitask.Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills and a strong working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.Prior credit experience preferred for the scorecard auditing portion of this position.This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future.
