What you will be doing:
- Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
- Run the commercial grade dishwasher, including using the sink sprayer, a lever-operated washing unit and a drying station.
- Manually clean a variety of surfaces, including scrubbing debris off pots and wiping down surfaces.
- Additional support kitchen staff, as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Attention to detail
- Able to work while standing up for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Commitment to food safety procedures and safety guidelines

- $15/hr depending on experience
