The Dish Machine Operator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service Team. They will be responsible for the back of house meeting regulations and that their team can fulfill orders in a timely manner.As an entry-level opportunity at the organization, we're proud to offer training and mentorship to grow your career! How You'll Make an Impact:Support F&B Back of House Team Members to keep the kitchen areas (refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and preparation area) are clean, stocked, and ready for cooking.Open to learning new skillsets and motivated to being promoted: preparation of food, quality control of refrigerated/freezer items, and cooking.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GED Desire to grow career and learn new skills.Ability to obtain Gaming License.Must be at least 18 years old to apply. (Enrolled tribal youth at least 16 can apply.)Good to Have, But Not Required:Previous experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and/or Hotel.Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).
