Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean workspace
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and prep areas
• Clean and sanitize floors in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Take out trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness in disposal areas
• Assist with general cleaning duties as needed
• Follow health and safety standards at all times
