Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday & Sunday Off)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join a busy restaurant in Dahlonega, GA. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while supporting the overall success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other assigned duties.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work the scheduled shift, including Saturdays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
