Dishwasher - Atwater's Catonsville

Position Overview:

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible to maintain clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces for the FOH and BOH team at Atwater’s at Catonsville. Will also be required to ensure a positive company image by providing, “service that makes your day” to customers and staff members.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Wash dirty dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using the dishwasher or by hand.
• Sort dirty dishes in racks to send through dish machine and restock dishes to shelves for service.
• Changing the water and clean out the dish machine.
• Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Sort and remove the garbage, placing it is designated area. Clean garbage bins.
• Sweep, mop and scrub floors including mats. Clean up spills in the kitchen and service area.

Qualifications:

• Able to follow instructions and procedures.

• Able to operate all necessary equipment.
• Stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Bend and lift loads, not exceed 50 pounds.
