Dishwasher

Orchard Valley Golf Course, located in Aurora, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, walk-ins, dry storage, and prep areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout shifts and at closing.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
• Assist with daily and deep-cleaning tasks, including shelving, steam tables, hoods, and kitchen equipment.
• Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment or supplies as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Other Qualifications:

• Dependable with regular and reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
