Dishwasher/Back of House - Slice House

Slice House by Tony Gemignani is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher! As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and trash/recycling areas
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces and taking out trash
• Ensure all health and safety sanitation guidelines are followed
• Support kitchen team members with restocking and general cleaning duties as needed
• Help maintain an organized and efficient back-of-house environment

Qualifications:

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
