The Dishwasher ensures all kitchen supplies, dishware, silverware, and glassware are cleaned and properly stored to support food service operations.
- Safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware, then put them away correctly.
- Handle various dish loads, hand wash items as needed, and dry dishes.
- Assist with minor food prep and general cleaning tasks like mopping and trash removal.
- Stock supplies and work collaboratively to provide excellent service in an upscale environment.
- Follow food safety protocols and adapt to changing duties.
Requirements include ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain, reliability, multitasking ability, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Physical demands include good communication skills, hygiene, and the ability to work flexible hours. Pay ranges from $14.20 to $16/hour.
