Responsibilities:
As a Dishwasher at Big Sky Resort, you will:
Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized dish area throughout service
Stay on top of dish volume to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted kitchen flow
Operate dish machines and follow safety and sanitation standards
Help maintain kitchen cleanliness beyond the dish station, including trash, floors, and general back-of-house upkeep
Communicate clearly with leaders and teammates, and pitch in wherever needed to support the guest experience
Uphold Big Sky’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork throughout every shift
Qualifications:

A strong work ethic and commitment to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
Ability to stay focused and efficient with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Patience and professionalism under pressure
Attention to safe practices and a clean, organized work space
Willingness to follow procedures and work as part of a larger team
Availability for early, midday, or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
