Stewards are responsible for maintaining all equipment storage areas, dish areas, and loading dock includingwashing dishes, pot washer, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.*AM & PM Shifts Available*

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Polish silver items, follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Maintains all equipment storage areas, dish areas, and loading dock.
• Wash dishes, pot washer, cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Polishes all silver items by hand and by using the burnishing machine.
• Removes trash from kitchen.
• Breakdown cardboard boxes.
• Set up three compartment sinks, meeting all sanitation standards.
• Report dishwasher problems to your supervisor on duty.
• Be aware of proper dishwasher temperatures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous stewarding experience within a high-end resort, hotel, or club, preferred
• Experience working within high-volume kitchen
• Must have the ability to uphold quality standards
• Good communication skills
