    Job Description

    Boulder Country Club is looking for an experienced full-time evening dishwasher. Our kitchen crew is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive team environment throughout the restaurant. We’d love to hear from you if you want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and grow with our team. Our ideal candidate would keep the dish station clean, organized, and running like clockwork; in addition to other kitchen duties like food prep, stocking, trash, recycling & compost, safety, and cleaning. $16.82 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
     
    Duties:
    • Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
    • Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
    • Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
    • Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
    • Changes the water of machines and sinks in accordance with health and safety standards.
    • Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
    • Maintains trash cans throughout the shift and removes full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
    • Maintains the dry storage area and organizes storage shelves.
    • Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
    • Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.

    • Hard-working

    • Comfortable in a high-volume kitchen
    • Able to stand for long periods of time
    • Safely manage hazardous conditions such as water spilled on the floor
    • Able to lift at least 50 pounds above shoulders
    • Able to be in a warm environment for long periods
    • Availability of nights, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Demands
    • Frequently exposed to hot surfaces.
    • Frequently exposed to wet, slippery, or damp conditions.
    • Occasional bending and lifting up to 40 lbs
