WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A DISHWASHER
- Set up, operate, and break down dish machine; monitor water temperature and chemical levels throughout the shift
- Run all dishware, utensils, and smallwares through the machine; hand-wash pots, pans, and large storage containers
- Carry and store dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils in their proper places
- Clean ovens, exhaust hoods, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Pull, clean, and stack floor mats; sweep, scrub, and mop all kitchen floors
- Remove trash from the dish room and kitchen areas; clean and re-line garbage cans
