Dishwasher Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living
- $16.50–$18 Per Hour
Job Purpose:
The Dishwasher is primarily responsible for the sanitation, cleanliness, proper collection, and supply of the cooking tools, equipment, and provision required for the kitchen staff to produce high quality food safely and compliantly. The Dishwasher is responsible to neatly collect and discard all refuse, recycling, and identification of worn or broken equipment and needed provisions to replenish all cleaning and sanitation stations. The Dishwasher will cross-train to be able to prepare cold and hot food during off-periods to support production in critically busy and slow times in the same sanitary and compliant manner as the Chefs prepare cuisine.
