- Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dishes (using hand sink and machine wash), dry and put away. Wash floors. Check and clean bathrooms.
- Porter: Maintain flow of work with clearing dining room bus bins. Receive and put away delivery orders. Dispose of garbage. Break down boxes.

Other Essential Duties:- Operations Systems & Procedures
- Complete open and close checklists.
- Complete checks, for example, check dining room every 15 minutes.
- Tray chips correctly.
- Receive orders, and place, label, date orders accurately.
- Set up the next shift for success.
- Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.
- Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards.
- Uphold company standards and policies for open/closed.
- Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- One year of dishwashing experience.
- Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, multitask and accurately meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Spanish fluency preferred.
Essential Physical Demands:- Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
