Dishwasher

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a small kitchen team, typically consisting of 1-3 members. Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, this role ensures that all kitchenware and cooking areas are clean and ready for use, supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant. The position follows fixed shifts and does not require any travel.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Dispose of waste in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support kitchen staff by promptly delivering clean dishes and tools
• Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management
