Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Staff


We are seeking reliable and hard-working Dishwashers to join our kitchen team. This is a critical support role that ensures the smooth, clean, and safe operation of the entire restaurant.


Responsibilities


The Dishwasher is essential to the restaurant's daily success by:

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly organized dish and work area throughout the shift.
  
  
• Washing, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware with efficiency.
  
  
• Setting up and breaking down dish stations quickly and correctly.
  
  
• Maintaining clean and dry floors in the kitchen and dish area to prevent hazards.
  
  
• Assisting the kitchen staff with minor tasks and organization as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience cleaning dishes in a high-volume restaurant and/or commercial kitchen environment is preferred.
  
  
• A reliable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues.
  
  
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
