Responsibilities: Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards. Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products. Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas. Complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience. Initiative-driven and adept at self-organization. Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments. Demonstrated capability to accomplish assigned tasks promptly, meeting stringent deadlines. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Must have open availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
