What You'll Do - Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Support cafe, catering, concessions, banquet, and event operations
- Restock clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen supplies throughout service
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and kitchen support as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards
- Work closely with chefs, cooks, and hospitality staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Receive and verify food, beverage, and supply deliveries for accuracy, and report discrepancies to the designated manager
- Stock and organize products using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices while maintaining clean and orderly storage spaces
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For - At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Preferred - Previous dishwasher, kitchen utility, restaurant, catering, hospitality, or food service experience
- Experience working in high-volume kitchens or event environments
- Knowledge of commercial dishwashing equipment and food safety practices
