Job Summary

Our dishwashers play a vital role in keeping our food and beverage service functioning, and our guests happy. If you're ready for a job you'll love, apply to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities 

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, to send through dish machine 
• Sort and stack clean dishes 
• Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster 
• Set up/break down dishwashing area 
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions 
• Sweep/mop floors 
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed 
• Clean restaurant equipment 
• Implement storage and rotation of food and supplies 
• Cross-training opportunities available 
• Qualifications 
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces 
• Ability to properly lift 25-50 lbs 
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures 
• Can obtain any necessary food handling permits or licenses 
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision making skills
