Who We Are:
We cook from scratch in a busy kitchen — 6,200 sq. ft. timber-frame building, fireplace, sports bar, and one of the area's favorite destinations since 2017. Scratch cooking means more pans, more prep, and more moving parts, which is exactly why dish is the job the whole kitchen leans on. We live by Ryan's Three A's: Atmosphere, the room and the energy. Your Role:
- You're essential to keeping the kitchen running. A clean, organized, well-stocked workspace is what lets our cooks put out great food fast.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Help with kitchen cleaning, setup, and breakdown.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Back up the cooks when they need hands.
What we're looking for:
- Show up on time, every time. That's most of it.
- Willingness to work hard and take direction.
- Ability to keep up when the kitchen is full tilt.
- Legal working age, reliable transportation.
- Evenings and weekends.
