Dishwasher (FT)

Our Bohemia store is seeking a FT Dishwasher for their Kitchen team!

Our Dishwasher will be responsible for:

• Washing plates, dishes, utensils, baking dishes/sheets and all other dirty Kitchen ware.
• Cleaning appliances and industrial equipment as needed.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
• Other duties, as needed.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes, baking pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, serving spoons/tools by washing all items that need to be washed and cleaned.
• Preparing Kitchen area stations with clean cooking utensils, tools, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the Kitchen.
• Being responsible for removing the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
• Supporting other kitchen staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Dishwasher Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• Previous experience working as a dishwasher is a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
