Dishwasher (Full-Time) – Buffet Kitchen | Urgently Hiring

As a key member of our back-of-house staff, you ensure our kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes and sanitized equipment. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a team-oriented atmosphere, and thrives in the "dinner and a show" excitement of a high-volume venue.

Location: Clarksville, IN (Greater Louisville Area)

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay Range: $14–$16/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Sanitization: Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to meet health safety standards.

• Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area and assist with general kitchen cleaning.

• Equipment Care: Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment according to safety protocols.

• Waste Management: Remove trash and recycling to maintain a safe and sanitary back-of-house environment.

• Kitchen Support: Assist with basic food prep or kitchen setup during peak hours or as needed.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during showtime.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous dishwashing or commercial kitchen experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.

• Pace: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (our primary show times).
