The Gardens at Fair Oaks, a family-owned and operated assisted living community in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Dishwasher to join our team. No prior experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate!
Position Overview:
This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment for our residents and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
- Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and ensure overall kitchen cleanliness
- Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to take on various tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
