Overview:

 

Major Responsibility:

Maintain cleanliness in specified areas of gaming on Casino floor.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old

 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. 

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, grasp, squat, reach above and below shoulder level. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Other Responsibilities:

1. Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
2. Sets up and cleans dish machine area; checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
3. Stores clean equipment and utensils
4. Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
5. Empties garbage to dump site
6. Sweeps and mops floors
7. Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.
