Job Summary We’re seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook/Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll assist with food prep, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities
Preparing sauces and dressings.
Ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes or chef's instructions.
Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
Sweep and mop floors
Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Participate in team meetings
Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly
