About the Role: Join our dynamic team at Maple Tree Inn as a Dishwasher! In this essential role, you'll help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring our culinary team can deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas throughout the shift.
Restocking supplies as needed.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy periods.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (We are open Wednesday through Sunday).
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
Food Handler Certificate & Sexual Harrassment Certificate for Restaurants required.
