What You’ll Do

• Operate our commercial dish machine
• Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Return clean dishes and equipment to the proper locations
• Maintain clean kitchen floors and work areas
• Remove trash and keep disposal areas organized
• Help maintain walk-ins, coolers, and freezer areas
• Monitor proper dish machine temperatures
• Safely refill dishwashing and cleaning chemicals
• Help prevent unnecessary breakage and equipment damage
• Assist the kitchen with basic prep when needed
• Jump in and help your teammates during busy service

Most importantly: show up ready to work and bring a positive attitude.

Previous restaurant, dishwashing, utility, or kitchen experience is a plus, but it is absolutely not required.

This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and the ability to bend, crouch, lift, carry, and safely work around commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning products.

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 20 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick's and Celebrating America ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's, O'Blitzen's and MERICA Bar. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
