Pay Details:

The dishwasher is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by adhering to all sanitation standards.  This is a part-time position. Hours for this position fluctuate depending upon arena event schedule.

Responsibilities 

• Support culinary, preparation, and pantry areas throughout the arena

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, and pot-scrubbing stations

• Complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently

• Ensure clean dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and organized

• Clean and maintain sanitation and dishwashing areas

• Follow proper work procedures and comply with all safety and sanitation standards

• Maintain organization and proper storage of cleaning chemicals, mops, brooms, and related supplies

• Develop familiarity with the arena layout to navigate work areas efficiently and assist guests as needed

• Work collaboratively with operational partners to ensure event service standards are met

• Contribute to maintaining excellent guest service standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of state and local health code requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to support team operations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

Education - Less Than High School 

Experience Required - 0-1 Year
