Starting Pay: $10.00 per hour during the probationary period

Employees will begin at $10.00 per hour during a probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and overall job performance will be considered for a wage increase. Compensation adjustments will be based on performance and the ability to meet job expectations consistently.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
  
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
  
• Take out trash and recycling.
  
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
  
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist kitchen staff as needed.
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
  
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds.
  
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
