Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep

Seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced dishwasher/kitchen prep to join a growing Black-owned BBQ and soul food team based in Evanston. Responsibilities include washing and storing dishes, handling deliveries, kitchen prep, cleaning, maintenance, and assisting on the line as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant or catering service
• Dishwashing and kitchen porter experience
• Kitchen prep and knife skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends, including Tuesdays and Sundays
• Full-time, 32-35 hours to start
• Reliable, timely, able to stand/walk for long periods, and lift up to 80 pounds
