Position Summary

Poke Stop Mililani is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher/Kitchen Support Team Member. This position plays an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently while supporting the kitchen team during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment safely.

• Put clean dishes, utensils, and equipment away in their proper locations.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, sinks, counters, and other work areas.

• Take out trash and recycling as needed.

• Restock kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.

• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness procedures.

• Help with opening and closing cleaning duties.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift.

• Communicate with kitchen staff when supplies or equipment need attention.

• Work efficiently during busy periods to keep dishes and equipment available for the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.

• Able to lift and carry items as required.

• Willing to perform repetitive cleaning and physical tasks.

• Works well independently and as part of a team.

• Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be willing to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
