We're looking for dependable, hardworking Dishwashers who take pride in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining a clean, organized workplace.


Position Summary
The Dishwasher plays a vital role in the success of our kitchen by ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service. This position also assists with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Remove trash and recycling and keep waste areas clean.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift and at closing.
• Assist with basic cleaning of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
• Help receive and organize deliveries when needed.
• Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and closing duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
