Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completing all opening and closing duties.
- Cleaning all dishes and making sure they are stocked.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and replacing dish machine detergents.
- Cleaning and returning any kitchen equipment/utensils promptly after use so other employees can have access to them.
- Taking out trash and recycling
- Checking and replacing dirty buss tubs in the cafe dining room and catering events.
- Assist in cleaning projects during downtime.
- Willing to help in other BOH roles if directed by the Head Chef.
- Arrive to work with proper hygiene and kitchen attire according to the Minneapolis American Indian Center's Staff Handbook.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
