Bobby's Burgers is seeking a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to join our team located within the RDU Airport!

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as ensuring that all dishware is properly sanitized and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Assist with the preparation of food items as needed
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a dishwasher in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation techniques
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
