Join the team at The Verve Hotel- Boston Natick as a Dishwasher and play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within our kitchen. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to ensure all kitchenware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and ready for daily use in our busy hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers and by hand when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen areas
- Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and maintain waste areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation
- Support kitchen staff with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
