Dishwasher

Join the team at The Verve Hotel- Boston Natick as a Dishwasher and play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within our kitchen. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to ensure all kitchenware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and ready for daily use in our busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers and by hand when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen areas
• Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and maintain waste areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation
• Support kitchen staff with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
