What You'll Do as a Dishwasher
- Keep the dish station running — wash, sanitize, and organize throughout your shift
- Bus tables and keep the front and back of house clean and stocked
- Take out trash and handle general kitchen cleaning duties
- Open and close the dish station following proper sanitation procedures
- Receive and put away deliveries — produce, paper goods, dry goods
- Jump in to help the kitchen team when needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Be a reliable, positive presence on the team every single shift
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic — that's the main thing
- Reliable
- Ability to stay on your feet and move fast during busy periods
- Team player who takes pride in keeping things clean and running right
- No prior experience required — we'll train you
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation & Benefits:
- Tip pool (~$5–7/hr average) + performance bonus
- Up to $22.00 per hour
