About the Job

As a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member, you'll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation while assisting with a variety of kitchen support tasks. If you're reliable, work well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish room throughout every shift.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, trash removal, recycling, and maintaining floors and work areas.
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies for the kitchen and service staff.
• Support the culinary team with utility duties to help ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Take pride in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for every service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
