Customers delight in upscale contemporary cuisine served in a bright and airy atmosphere located on the third floor of the Neiman Marcus store. From creative sandwiches, our signature Popovers and Consume to regionally inspired entrees focused on fresh ingredients, our guests savor delectable fare served by our warm and welcoming service staff.

Description

The Waitstaff is responsible for graciously providing food service consistent with Neiman Marcus standards. Responsibilities include serving guests by providing information to help food and beverage selections; presenting ordered choices; maintaining dining ambience and experience.

Primarily focuses on keeping the dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to the highest level of Health and Kitchen standard

Maintains dish machine by:
Checking for chemicals in dish machine to see they are filled and ready
Understanding how to use dish machine
Reporting any malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef
Keeping chemical testers on hand
Knows how to use all sanitizing materials used for cleaning

Checks trash periodically and removes if full
Organizes dish area with all solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silver
Maintains a pace for washing all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware
Exercises caution when working with breakables (e.g., dishes and glassware)
Keeps floors clean from spills, grease, and general trash
Assists with preparation and additional cleaning throughout kitchen as needed
Maintains a professional relationship with all line cooks, coworkers, chef, and front-of-the-house staff
Upholds all Health and Sanitation standards as directed by Neiman Marcus, local Health Department, and 3rd party Sanitation auditors
