Key responsibilities include operating the dishwasher efficiently and ensuring all kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The role also involves washing and sanitizing dishes, trays, and utensils to meet safety standards, as well as managing waste by taking out trash regularly and keeping the dish room area clean and organized.
