We are looking for a Part Time Dishwasher who will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen by washing, sanitizing, and returning dishes and utensils while supporting food and beverage operations as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays, as dictated by business needs.

• No prior experience required; previous food and beverage or restaurant experience is helpful.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment.

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene.

• Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow prescribed safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.

• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with moderate to high noise levels and increased activity during peak business periods.

What you will be doing:

• Properly fill, operate, and maintain the dish machine according to manufacturer standards and health department guidelines.

• Receive, scrape, rinse, rack, wash, and sanitize dishes and utensils.

• Unload the dish machine and stack, store, and return clean dishes and utensils to the appropriate areas of the kitchen and Food & Beverage operation.

• Empty garbage cans in the dish area and throughout the kitchen as needed.

• Sweep and mop floors in the dish room and kitchen, keeping floors clean and dry to help prevent slip and fall hazards.

• Clean countertops, preparation areas, equipment, and other designated kitchen areas using approved restaurant cleaning products.

• Handle cleaning chemicals according to prescribed safety standards.

• Assist with lifting and moving food carts, dish storage racks, and other kitchen equipment as directed by management.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

• Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
