Dishwasher/Prep Cook

The Ridge, located in Auburn, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Details, stocks, and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, by sweeping and mopping
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Assists with light food prep
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
• Practices excellent operational sanitation
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Regular and reliable attendance
