Dishwasher/ Prep Cook

Sunflower is looking for a dishwasher/prep cook. We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

1. Dependability. We need someone who will show up on time to every shift ready to work.

2. Hustle. We need someone who is willing to work hard and takes initiative on projects. 

3. Skill. Not required, but we would like to have someone that knows there way around a kitchen. Basic knife skills.

4. Humility. We need someone who is willing to learn.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

• Bi weekly
