Key Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area
• Stay ahead of the dish load to support kitchen flow
• Clean and correct messy areas throughout your shift
• Take out trash and keep floors and work areas spotless
• Restock supplies before they run out
• Assist with basic prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep service moving smoothly
• Notice and address tasks proactively without waiting to be told
