Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools to maintain a spotless kitchen
• Keep dish area and kitchen spaces clean and organized
• Assist with basic food prep to support the kitchen team
• Help with trash removal and general kitchen upkeep during shifts
• Restock supplies and ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy dinner service
• Collaborate closely with chefs and managers for efficient operations
